Exceptional location within walkable distance to small cornish town of St Just, shops and pubs. The setting is just right surrounded by peaceful gardens and beautiful walk down along the outstanding cot valley to the sea is a must. Could have stayed longer.

My Mum is 90, so the step into the shower was tricky for her, but for everyone else no problem!

Welcome package really nice. Location excellent , close to cliff top paths and hidden coves. !5minute walk to village and a great coffee and lunch cafe there. close to Penzance by car and not too far from St Ives. Certainly lots to explore , we could not get around everything we wanted to see. Altogether a very enjoyable. week.
